Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Vintage Glamour's relationship with you whether it be online or instore.

The term "Vintage Glamour" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website & retail store whose registered store is 72 Victoria Rd Drummoyne NSW 2047 Australia. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website and purchaser of any of our products whether it be online or through our store directly in Drummoyne.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

11. Payment Terms
    •   We accept the following methods of payment.
    •   VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Direct Deposit , Cash, Eftpos & Cheques (subject to clearance)
12. All goods purchased online or instore remain the property of Vintage Glamour until paid for in full.  Goods will not be despatched and/or delivered unless payment has been finalised prior to delivery or upon delivery. An order for goods signifies your acceptance of our terms of trade. 
    
13. Promotions
14. All prizes, and gift vouchers won in promotional activities, partly or solely run by Vintage Glamour, must be claimed within a period of 6 months,
15. Back-orders & Custom Orders
16. Special orders and back-orders are final and cannot be cancelled. These orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of ordering and balance paid on completion or delivery. In some cases where custom paint finishes are requested, or with certain customised orders, full payment may be requested at time of ordering.
17. Delivery
18. Please allow up to 7-14 working days from receipt of payment for delivery on small orders & up to 28days for larger orders or as advised by a Vintage Glamour staff member; all quoted delivery dates and times are made in good faith and our policy is to deliver promptly.  However, delivery dates and times can change due to unforseen circumstances and we cannot be held liable for changes which are deemed beyond our control. However, we will endeavor to keep you informed and arrange another suitable time for delivery.
19. Freight
20. Freight charges are payable on all orders and will be added to your invoice. Freight charges are also applicable to back-orders. FREE Instore collection is available from 72 Victoria Rd Drummoyne NSW 2047 during open store hours. We use our own instore delivery service for local deliveries and third party freight companies for regional & interstate customers. These services carry a fee and you are welcome to enquire about these charges at any time prior to purchasing.
21. Returns
    Vintage Glamour accepts returns for exchange only, we do not offer refunds. Refunds & Returns of damaged or defective merchandise are accepted for replacement, in the case of antique / one off pieces, a replacement as close as practicable can be arranged, or the balance of the credit can be used on or towards any floorstock available at the time. We cannot accept returns or refunds for goods damaged whilst in transit claims will have to be lodged with the corresponding freight company. However, we will assist where possible. Exchanges must be within 7 days of receipt of goods please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. Vintage Glamour do not exchange or refund for change of mind so please choose carefully. Although we aim to give as much advise as possible, It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, and or service purchased meets your specific requirement.

23. All Prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive. They do not include freight.
